Lily Zhang

Lily is the Principal at LVJ LAW and an accomplished disputes lawyer whose expertise includes general commercial disputes, litigation and insolvency. She is committed to providing strategic, practical, and results-focused legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

With a proven track record of success, Lily regularly advises and represents clients across a broad range of matters, including:

  • Contract and franchise disputes

  • Partnership, shareholder, and director disputes

  • Construction and building disputes

  • Commercial leasing and property disputes

  • Insolvency litigation (representing debtors, creditors, liquidators, and trustees)

Lily admitted in the State of New South Wales Supreme Court and the High Court
Of Australia. She holds:

In addition to her legal practice, Lily is passionate about legal education and community service.  She is a Teaching Fellow at the University of New South Wales, School of Private and Commercial Law. This dual role as both practitioner and educator allows her to stay at the forefront of legal developments while mentoring the next generation of lawyers. Lily also actively promotes access to justice through her long-standing involvement in pro bono legal work supporting individuals and communities in need, including volunteering with community and university legal centres.
